About Me and What 

I Can Do For You

My Motivation is to help you 

achieve three things:

1. Look Better

2. Feel Better

3. Lose Some Weight

We know that being Healthier is what we should all strive to be.

We also know that looking better leads to feeling better.  And, what happens when you feel better, you gain confidence.  But, what does that mean?  

I could mean having a better love life.  Maybe a better social life.  How about giving you an extra pep in your step career wise?  I can help you gain this confidence, but then it's up to you to use it in your life!  

Some of us only know of 2 ways to get in shape, and they are lifting weights or doing a bunch of cardio.   Why do we think these are the only ways?  

Because that's what we were taught when we were younger.  Now, after we've passed 50 years old, we don't want (nor do we have time) to spend hours in the gym.  

We just want to find a way to get healthier, look better than what we do, and feel better about ourselves. 

So, What Are You Supposed To Do?

Well, you can either go back to the workouts you used to do 25 years ago......OR try something different, something less time consuming, something that uses more common sense and less fancy gadgets and gizmos.  How does that sound?
